ENICAS Est. from Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is managed by its founder and C.E.O. Eng. Hamed M. Al-Sani who is also a shareholder in the Al-Sani Agricultural Investment Company with a total turnover of more than SAR 300 Millions that represents many international companies. ENICAS Est. has been in the telecommunication field since it started its operations in 1991. It was providing spare parts and other telecommunication products to Saudi Telecom Company as well as to other Government Organizations. Later on, with market liberalization from S.T.C., it was a re-seller for Motorola pagers with a big dealer channel.

ENICAS Est. started marketing and selling video conferencing systems and solutions for ISDN and LAN since 1999 with "Oty Communication Systems". In early 2001 it moved to a bigger office of more than 800m2 with a service centre and more staff in order to serve clients best.

AVTelco has started operating since 1998 in Dubai as an A/V, IT and Video Communication Solution provider. It became Strolo AG’s (German Video Conferencing Company) Middle East distributor and since it has marketed video conferencing systems.
